We ship from Mountain View Monday – Friday. Please allow 2-3 business day processing time for regular orders. Large orders over 12 gifts are subject to additional fulfillment time, up to 3-4 business days. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

If you need to upgrade to rush shipping for last-minute thrills, we offer expedited shipping via FedEx. Rates will vary based on the shipping destination; you will be able to view them at checkout.

All sales are final once the gift leaves The White Mulberry warehouse. If a gift has been returned to us for any reason, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be cancelled and restocked without a refund. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. The reshipment fee is $12.00 plus the cost to repurchase perishable items. You may choose not to repurchase the perishable items, and we will reship the gift with only the hard goods. Perishable items not shipped will not be refunded. Perishable items include all food and beverages. As a policy, we do not reship returned perishable items nor do we restock them. We will be happy to change or cancel your order and arrange a refund prior to processing your order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 3 business days. If you purchased a product at full price, and the price is reduced within 7 days of your original date of purchase, we will honor a request for adjustment.
