Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
There may be occasional delays in processing during periods of exceptionally high volume of orders. In case of such delays, the customer would be informed by email.
Shipments and deliveries happen from Monday to Friday. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.
Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive a notification by email. The email would contain the shipment tracking number.
Damages
The White Mulberry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship only within the United States. However orders can be placed online from any country in the world for shipment to United States addresses.
